The Aransas Pass Records division handles daily activities pertaining to records management, notary services, public information requests, answering phones and all other matters pertaining to PD finances and operation management. The division is staff with two Secretaries, both of whom stay very busy with daily records operations.
Some of the particular job duties are:
- Police report management,
- Accident report management,
- Public information requests,
- Case organization,
- Public Relations Tasks
