Background Packet **

When applying, completely and properly fill out and submit a NON-STAPLED Employment Application document. After receiving a conditional offer, the background packet will be required. Please type or print on these forms legibly. Peace officer applicants must be T.C.O.L.E. Certified.

All applicants must undergo a physical exam, psychological test, drug screening, and a thorough background investigation (polygraph may be considered). Drug, medical, and psychological testing along with the background investigation will be deferred until the issuance of a conditional offer by the Chief.
