AP Police Holiday Events

The Aransas Pass Police Department received some great donations this year for our holiday dinners event. We were able to purchase 20 Thanksgiving dinners which have been delivered to residents in need within the City Limits of Aransas Pass. That is quite a jump up from last years total of 20 for Thanksgiving and Christmas combined!! Sgt. Dennis Anders, Ofc. Jordan Lusk, and administrative secretary Gina Villarreal did a great job organizing and carrying out this event this year. We would like to wish all these families and the many more within our community, a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!!

Our job is not done... We still have Christmas and in addition to our Holiday Dinners for Christmas, we would like to make sure our Cops for Tots Toy Drive is a huge success as well. We have only received a few toys so far this year.  We would really like to see if we could beat last years event so many more of our underprivileged families can provide a blessed Christmas for their children.

If you would like to donate money for Holiday Dinners or unwrapped toys, we ask that you deliver your donation to the Aransas Pass Police Department.  We have huge boxes in our lobby for donated toys.  Cash, check, and money order donations should be made through Gina Villarreal at the police department.  If writing a check or money order, make them payable to the Aransas Pass Police Department Holiday Fund. The police department will again be responsible for wrapping the toys and delivering the toys and dinners prior to Christmas 2012.

If you would like more information or know of a family in need, please contact Sgt. Dennis Anders or Gina Villarreal at the Aransas Pass Police Department by calling 361-758-5224.

We appreciate your continued support and generous donations; and we would like to wish you all Happy Holidays!
